Our Team
Stephen Costello is a seasoned energy and utility professional with over 35 years of experience both in staff and consulting capacities. Stephen founded of Costello Utility Consultants in 2007, which was sold to CIMA Canada in 2019. Stephen retired from CIMA in 2022 and started a part-time advisory firm Lakeside Power Consulting Inc..
